CHARGER Fund-It Bar
The CHANT Fund-It-Bar is a passive tool for fund raising. By participating in this program you will assist us in raising funds, which will ultimately help keep our fees at a reasonable level, yet still give our players the tools they need to be competitive. Every time you search, using the Yahoo search engine included with the CHANT Fund-It-Bar, and click on a sponsored link, we will receive $.10 from the sponsors. The sponsored links are anything listed in the shaded area with bullet points or anything listed on the right side of the page.
The Fund-It Bar was recommended to us by the National Homeschool Basketball Championships organization to assist homeschool organizations with fund raising. In our research of the Fund-It Bar, we found out that many colleges and universities as well as other non-profit organizations use the Fund-it Bar as part of their fund raising. Yahoo is making the Fund-it Bar available to non-profits and homeschool organizations as a means to increase its market share. There are no pop-ups, ad ware, spy ware or tracking and it respects the user’s privacy. Unfortunately, there is currently no CHANT Fund-It Bar available for the Mac unless you use Firefox or Internet Explorer for your web browser.
Quality of Search
This is the term Yahoo! uses to rate each search. Quality of Search measures things like time spent on a web site and the number of pages visited.
It is important for the longevity of the program that we maintain a good Quality of Search Rating, which is why we encourage searches that are of interest to you. And, just as important, click only on Sponsored Links that have information you believe will help you. After all, sponsors want people to visit their sites- that's why they pay to be in the top positions when you search. At the same time, they really only want visitors who truly want and could benefit from the information they put on their web sites.
