All CHANT Coaches will be a member of the Coaches Board.
The purpose of the Coach’s Board:
To build and maintain continuity in the program.
To provide leadership and direction to new and existing coaches in homeschool sports.
To facilitate accountability between the coaches and the program.
To strengthen coaching abilities through the open exchange of ideas and problem solving.
To assist in addressing any unresolved Parent/player concerns.
To assist in the selection of new coaches.
To enable effective communications between the coaches.
